Converted from an old granary in 2005, the cottage is situated approximately 250yds behind the owner’s farmhouse and is surrounded by 65 acres of pasture land. It enjoys total tranquility and has a splendid view of Clee Hill to the rear. A large patio follows two sides of the cottage. There is a stream adjacent to the one side of the large shrubbed and lawned garden. The garden is fully fenced and secure ( children and dogs cannot access the stream ).
Luxury accommodation which is all on one level. As the name suggests, back when Ashford Farm had a dairy herd, this is where the bull lived. However we very much hope that Percy, our last bull resident, would no longer recognise his home!
All original oak trusses have been preserved to create an impressive interior.
